Q. How Does Booking Work?
Choose your experience, Choose your Date & Time, Pay The Booking Deposit Fee. Once your deposit has been set, we will contact you within 24 hours to finalize your event. We will create an invoice that will need to be paid in full within 5-7 business days.
Q. Does our initial Booking Fee go toward the overall event cost?
Yes! We will subtract that from your overall cost.
Q. What if we need to cancel the event, is it refundable? Yes! We will refund you the entire cost of the event minus a 30% booking fee for cancellations up to 72 hours before the scheduled event. If you cancel within 24-48 hours of the scheduled event, we will subtract a 50% booking fee. We ask that you allow 7-15 business days for a refund in the form of the original payment provided.
Fine Print Policy: We will arrive at your event 1-1.5 hours before your scheduled start time. Additional candles can be ordered at the event with FREE Shipping if your guests would like to purchase an assortment of fragrances. Candles will need 30-45 minutes to set. This time is included in your total event time. If The Mobile Candle Bar has to cancel for ANY reason we will refund you 100% of your payment.
